Ginny Hartman Is a well-known author, some of his books are a fascination for readers like in the Deceiving the Duke of Kerrington book, this is one of the most wanted Ginny Hartman author readers around the world.

  • My two star rating is probably a little harsh but the I read the less I enjoyed I liked the idea for the story, although I did find it hard to relate to Hope lying and pretending to be Noelle I m just a big honesty fan and have a hard time relating to someone that would follow through on such a major lie I also had a hard time buying into the relationship between Hope and Pierce When so much emphasis is put on physical attraction I just have a hard time buying into them being genuinely in love [...]

  • I felt I had to review this book, because I read it based on the good reviews and I needed to provide an alternative opinion The plot is unfortunately absurd I can overlook a cliched plot, if I really love the characters, but an absurd plot is almost impossible to overcome The author did some things rather well, not too many overly long descriptions and I did feel an interest in the main characters It could have been a cute book, but one must be able to overlook the grammar and English errors, t [...]

  • Wow What a whirlwind I seriously started this at 10 30 or so and just finished it in one sitting at 4 am It was highly entertaining However I kind of hated Noelle All the characters irritated me, just not enough for me to quit The writing was a little odd I think But that could be Im just not used to it Either way it definitely kept my attention and interest There was so much happening, it was crazy Part one was slow and I didn t like being in Noelles head those few times and was worried it woul [...]

  • I really enjoyed this book The reading moved along quickly and it was the perfect romance to read relaxing on the porch on a cool summer evening Sometimes romance novels bore me because you can guess the ending or because the characters are all blah, but I like a book with a few side characters I don t particularly care for It adds interest and gives me someone to despise The dialogue between the two main characters is witty and saucy You know that perfect scene in a book where you are uncomfort [...]

  • This was a delightful beginning to a promising series I enjoyed the plot with its twist and turns and the plot thickened and changed along the way There were times I couldn t put it down The romance was lovely, if a bit sudden and left you at times sighing over the hero and at others heart broken for the heroine Fun side characters really filled in the story and made it come to life I m excited to see that one of them will star in his own story next I wished it could have been longer and am anxi [...]

  • This book was a bit too farfetched to be enjoyable for me I felt like the rules of society were used when and only when convenient and then just thrown aside when no they hindered the desired storyline I m not amazing at grammar, but this book had some rather large what is that comma doing there moments.

  • Really goodNo cliffhangers I really enjoyed the book I don t give away any of the plot I hate it when people give the story away Read the book You ll like it I want to read from this author.

  • VERY GOOD REGENCY ROMANCEThis was a tremendously warm and exciting love story My wife and I think this one of your best yet Thank you for an engaging story, Danny and Debbie Scott.

  • True loveA very wonderful love story Pierce and Hope were wonderful characters Their story is a great read and the ending is unexpected.

  • Good storyRating only 4 stars because, without spoiling it, I was able to figure out who Hope was Still a good story line Worth reading.

  • Grammer e.g Him and Hope Consistent timeline Disappointing really since the premise is a bit different BTW, I read the edition that had been professional my edited.

  • Enjoyable readI liked the story and characters It was a little to tame for me It had great possibilities if the story was developed and juicy.

  • Great readWhat a great story Couldn t put down until I finished it What an interesting story line and keeps you wondering what will happen next.

  • I believe that this book was very good especially as it was but a free book on as they can generally be a hit or miss, however i did enjoy this one. There were parts of it which were a little disbelieving, as it would be highly unlikely for the main proganist Hope to look like the Lady Noelle and not only would she be given away by the differnce in social class but also the accent, as the nobility would have come into play I was however, quite surprised at the grammer, as there was only few mist [...]

  • I really liked this story I m surprised of the low score, and think it deserves I liked the story, and the characters I like that it has a sequel, and plan to read it It s about a ladies maid, who is forced to take her lady s place, and pretend to be her The only silly part is that they didn t see a resemblance sooner, and the story was predictable, but I still enjoyed it I liked that it was so clean and romantic I m giving this book 4 stars, it has a few editing issues, but over all, I really [...]

  • You deserve 5 starsI never though a story could be this good with a little bit of passion But this was a book that didn t need it It was a page Turner and with the perfect ending You are a very accomplished writer and I know you know that anyone reading this book will become a fan young and old I can t wait to see if Elliot finds his love This is a must read and see if you don t agree with me 100percent Bravo G.H God bless you with continuing to keep your readers happy Ms D From New York City

  • I really enjoyed reading this book It was a nice escape I really liked the characters of Hope and the Duke of Kerrington And I liked how things worked out Many situations in the book were a bit far fetched, and there were proofreading errors, but overall I really enjoyed reading this book And I look forward to reading the other books in the series Content Clean passionate kissingSee my review at iamareader 2014 02 boo

  • This is like a 4.5 star book It was great but had a slow start The story was somewhat predictable and it was sometimes annoying that no one suspected the connection between the girls It was very annoying how many times than instead of then was used but no other big typo s I enjoyed the characters and the paralell stories I am than curious to read about Lord M s love life Over all, a fun read.

  • I really enjoyed this regency love story It was clever and though I like to guess at the endings this one had me surprised It was a fun, sweet love story And unlike so many others it was actually clean The book flows nicely and moves quickly I just started her second book, which is good because this one leaves you wanting .

  • Mistaken identity gone awry, but worth the trip Really fun, entertaining, diverting, and I do want to read books by this author because this one is clean I will say, I would gladly have paid a bit for the Kindle edition to ensure it had been properly edited The mistakes were Very distracting I understand the book has been professionally edited after I read it

  • What a story This book was surprising clean and perfectly suitable for any audience Due to the background of the book rich and titled, that is , I was expecting some sexual activity and foul language, but am happy to report that Ginny Hartman did this book in a tasteful manner I may continue trying out of her books

  • Though I lived the idea behind main plot mistaken identity and the mayhem that usually ensues in such instances always have a delightful way of playing out, the plot seriously lacked depth in terms of delivery by the characters, the way they could have brought justice to the story and the elements that were employed My rating 2.5 out of 5

  • A lovely and fun recency romance I thoroughly enjoyed this book The characters dialogue was witty and fun, and the storyline grabbed my attention I do think that here could have been detail towards the end, but I loved it all just the same One of my favorite parts was that it was a delightful romance but not a dirty one

  • review Deceiving the DukeDelightful book Really holds your attention The storyline is interesting and has lots of twists and turns The characters are interesting and funny The twists in the story will surprise you.

  • Ok this was cute I liked the premise, twins separated at birth to reunite in a marriage fiasco interesting The author revolves her point of view from a variety of characters and the writing to me just felt Jr highish It is cute but not thrilling.

  • Absolutely Wonderful I just loved this story I just felt like I was living in this recency romance You re drawn in to the story, you just can t put it down It makes you want to live in that time just to experience it.

  • Deceiving the Duke of KerringtonThis was a really good book with a perfect twist at the end I m so glad that Pierce found out about Noelle before he was stuck marrying the spoiled little brat It was a very good read.

  • Something NewI ve been reading historical romance novels for years At times the same plot of story get old for a while when its all the same This gives a refreshing twist I did not have a hard time finishing the book until the end.

  • A little Deception goes a long wayThis is the first time I have read this author but I thoroughly enjoyed this story It was a different twist on happily ever after A sweet romance to enjoy on a nice rainy day Read for yourself and enjoy.
