  • I read the book while on a beach holiday, and I found myself after a swim or meal always eagerly returning to the book to see what would happen next That to me is a clear sign of a good read In addition, the book really wakes you up to things that have slowly crept into our lives that we don t even notice them any, but really are detrimental to promoting a healthy and caring physical society Ever hear about how a frog who is thrown in hot water will jump out and save himself, but a frog that is [...]
